Within 24 hours of registering your team you will receive an email confirming that we have received your registration. Please note this does not guarantee you a place in the tournament. To confirm your place in the tournament you must first pay the registration fee. Once we have received your registration fee we will provide you with a password that allows you to log into the ”My Team Info” page. This is where you can finalise your registration by entering your team and player details.
When is the last date of payment of the registration fee?
In order to compete in the tournament registration fee must be received by April 1. But we recommend to pay the registration fee immediately after your registration.
Is the registration fee refundable?
The registration fee is not refundable. However, if for some reason a participant can no longer participate in the tournament and you withdraw before June 1, you will be refunded the participation fee for each participant you withdraw from Partille Cup.
When is the last payment of participation fees and special requirements?
Participation fees must be paid by May 1. By this time you also need to advised if you have any special requirements.
What is My Team Info?
The “My team info-page” allows access to specific information about your team. You will be provided a user ID and a password once you have paid your registration fee. On this site you can change the number of participants, change options, arrival and departure times, etc. Here you can also see all your orders and payments.
How do I log in to My Team Info?
We provided you with a password after receiving your registration fee, use this to log into the My Team Info.
Yes, if the are traveling with the team and the team have booked accommodation through Partille Cup. This must be booked and paid through My Team Info, no later than June 1.
Where can I find information about departure times for the buses from Oslo and Stockholm?
The buses depart on July 3. Most buses depart in the morning and arrive approximately 16:00 in Gothenburg. The return trips to Stockholm and Oslo depart on July 8 in the afternoon. We will provide you with the departure times for your team closer to the tournament.
Can the bus pick us anywhere?
Buses will depart from different locations depending on the teams requiring transportation. If your team require transportation by bus please book this on My Team Info. It is essential that you provide the number of required seats in your booking. Your pick up details will be provided at a date closer to tournament.
Can the bus pick up teams on the road?
Yes, this may be possible if the pickup location is on the way. Ensure that you indicate where your team would like to be picked up in your booking. We will then contact you and let you know if the bus is able to pick you up at your requested pick up location.
Can we book one way bus tickets?
No, you are only able to book return tickets as otherwise the seat will be empty on the way home and we are unable sell it.
How do we get from the schools and hotels to the courts?
The Partille Cup Pass include free travel with local bus and tram services.
All games are played on artificial grass, even the finals.
What is the European Open Championship (EOC)?
European Open Championship is a junior national team tournament played alongside Partille Cup every year. The tournament alternates between women and men and this year it’s open for women born in 1998 or younger. This tournament is a cooperation between European Handball Federation, Swedish Handball Federation and Partille Cup.
When do you find out what group your team has been placed in?
Group division will be completed on June 16. This will be published on Partille Cup’s webpage.
When will the match program be published?
The match program will be published on Partille Cup’s webpage around June 22.
How many games are we guaranteed to play?
Minimum 6 matches.
Are all classes playing every day or are the games for various classes played on different days?
All classes play matches throughout the week.
When are the finals played?
The finals are played on Saturday.

How do I pay for my hotel room?
When the booking is completed you will receive a confirmation email. In order to confirm your booking you are required to pay 25% of the total amount within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email. The final payment must be received by May 1.
Can teams staying in hotels pre purchase lunch and dinner at the Partille Cup?
Yes, order your number of meal cards on My Team Info.
What is the difference between staying in a central school or outside the city center?
We are unable to offer schools in the city centre to all teams that would like to stay there due to the limited numbers of schools located in the city centre. However, if your team stays in a school outside the city centre you will have more space and the neighbourhood is usually quiet.
Can travelling companions live with the teams in the schools?
Yes, however only up to four adults per team, and they must stay in the classroom with the team.
Can travelling companions stay single nights at the schools?
No, unfortunately not. We suggest that they stay in our recommended hotels.
Can participants registered in category C buy the meal card?
Participants with category C registration are unable to purchase the meal card.
Can teams that did not book hotels through us buy the meal card?
No, unfortunately not.
When will we know which school we are staying at?
This information will be posted on the “My Team info-page” on June 16.
Partille Cup is played according to the IHF rules (2010) and SHF regulations. The English text is valid in interpretation issues.
How many players can be registered in the team?
There is no limit of the number of players registered in a team. However, a team can only use a maximum of 17 players per game.
How long are the games?
All matches are played 2 x 15 min except G21, B21, G18 and B18 who play 2 x 20 min in the play-offs and the finals.
Are you allowed to use football shoes?
Yes! We recommend that you use football shoes on the artificial fields.
Can you use glue?
All age groups are allowed to use glue as we play according to international rules. The exception is Prioritet Serneke Arena where glue spray only is allowed.
Can a player play in several teams from the same club?
Players from the same club are allowed to play in more than one team in the tournament, but NOT in the same class.
Can you borrow players from another club?
All players must be licensed in the club they play for in Partille Cup.
Are there any exemptions?
No over-aged players are allowed to play in Partille Cup as we play according to IHF’s rules. Girls are allowed to play in boys teams in class B12, B11 and B10. No other exemptions will be granted.
Two Leaders Party Tickets are given to the teams staying at schools and hotels booked through Partille Cup. Additional Leaders Party Tickets can be ordered through ”My Team Info”, or purchased at the Central Information at Heden Center and costs €35.
How can we order special dietary requirements for a player?
You need to register the name of the player, the special dietary requirements and/or allergies on “My team info-page” not later than June 1. We will arrange an alternate dish for the player.
Can I book tickets for the travelling companions to the Opening Ceremony?
Leftover tickets are sold at the Central Information at Heden from Monday July 3.
When are the meals served?
– Breakfast: 06:30 – 10:00 – Lunch/dinner: 11:30 – 20:00 (closed 16:00 – 16:30)
