Costs

Board and lodging

We have three alternatives for you regarding board and lodging:

Category A: Maximum 690 teams. Accommodation in a school classroom, sports hall or similar. Bring your own sleeping bag and mattress.
All meals are served at school restaurants with full board starting with dinner on Tuesday 16.30-20.00 and ending with lunch on Sunday between 11.30-15.30. A total of 15 meals.
Team Fee/team: Euro 145.
Participant Fee/pers: Euro 160.

Category B: Maximum 60 teams. Accommodation at a hotel or hostel. Different alternatives for participants and accompanying parents. Breakfast and Value Card is included.
All Inclusive Card (with 5 lunch and 5 dinner) can be bought separately (Euro 50/pers)
Team Fee/team: Euro 145.
Participant Fee/pers: Hotel alternatives and prices.

Category C: Maximum 30 teams. Teams with own accommodation.
Team Fee/team: Euro 165.
Participant Fee/pers*: Euro 25.
*Value Card is included (no meals).

Optionals

Transfer
Return transfer between airport/railway station/ferry terminal in Gothenburg and accommodation. Only for teams in category A and B. Euro 9 per person.

Bed
Including mattress, sheets, blanket and pillow. Euro 38 per bed.

Extra night(s) for the team.
Maximum of two nights (only possible if transport problems).
Euro 10 per person/night (no food). We might be able to arrange some food if you want that – contact us.

Special food
Special food due to allergies = no extras. Vegetarian food = Euro 12 /person (we serve no pork meat at all)

Hotel for parents

Please note that a maximum of four leaders per team can stay at the school. For others, as parents, family and friends, we offer hotel packages for special rates. You will get more information if you click on the link below.

Trip to Göteborg

Göteborg’s location, in between large cities as Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo makes it easy to reach by different modes of transport both price worthy and comfortable. To make it easier for many of our guests Partille Cup arranges the following trips:

Stockholm – Göteborg by bus: Return ticket, Euro 65 per person.
Oslo – Göteborg by bus: Return ticket, Euro 55 per person.

The trips can be booked together with the registration of the participants. Only for teams in category A or B. Don’t hesitate to ask us if you have any questions about which alternative that will suite you the best.

Note that all bank transaction fees have to be paid by the teams!

Other information

After we have received your team, we will within a few days to confirm (via email) your notification.
To ensure place in the tournament – register your team and pay as soon as possible.
The time for your registration, calculated from the day we receive the team’s fee.
Fee must be paid no later than May 1. Otherwise, we can not guarantee your accommodation.
Refund of fee is only if you cancel before June 10.
