§ 1 Organizer

IK Sävehof organizes Partille Cup.

§ 2 Playing rules

Partille Cup is played according to the IHF rules (2005) and SHF regulations. The English text is valid in interpretation issues.

§ 3 Competition form

Main Round
The teams are divided into groups of six to eight teams where all play against each other on Wednesday-Friday.
If two or more teams have the same number of points, the place in the group is decided as follows:
1. Points
2. Difference in goals
3. Highest number of goals scored
4. Result of the game between the teams in question
5. Drawing of lots

Final Round
The three best teams in each six-seven-team group and the four best teams in each eight-team group qualify to the A-final round. The rest of the teams in the group qualify to the B-final round.
The Final Round takes place on Saturday and Sunday and are played according to a cup model, win or lose.
At a draw there will be extra time (sudden death) where the first goal scored gives the win. The extra time starts after flipping the coin in the middle of the field.

§ 4 Classes

Boys 21/Girls 21 born 1989 or later
Boys 18/Girls 18 born 1992 or later
Boys 16/Girls 16 born 1994 or later
Boys 15/Girls 15 born 1995 or later
Boys 14/Girls 14 born 1996 or later
Boys 13/Girls 13 born 1997 or later
Boys 12/Girls 12 born 1998 or later
Boys 11/Girls 11 born 1999 or later
Boys 10/Girls 10 born 2000 or later

§ 5 Number of players and substitutes

A team may use a maximum of 17 players per game.
You may use the same player from a club in various teams but NOT in the same age category.

§ 6 Game time

All categories play 2 x 15 minutes.
In the Final Round B/G21 and B/G18 play 2 x 20 minutes.

§ 7 Before the game

Team list
A team list valid for the whole tournament must be left at the Central Information before the first game (can be completed during the week). Teams that have not registered their team lists before their second game will be excluded from the tournament.
All the participants on the list are considered to have played every game.
Control will be made at randomly chosen games.
The team leader must leave a phone number and where they are staying on the team list in case the team has to be contacted during the tournament.

Dress
If two teams have the same dress colour the away team has to change.
§ 8 At the game

  • All teams have to be ready and dressed at the field, 15 minutes before the trough-off.
  • The home team has the ball at the start of the game
  • Team cannot request team time out. No time out at 7 metres throws.
  • A team that leaves the playing field during a amtch is disqualified from the tournament.
  • It is recommended to use shoes for soccer on all artificial grassfields. On the fields of Nya Ullevi´s soccer shoes are not allowed.
  • After the game, each team leader must sign the game protocol.
  • A player who gets a direct red card will be automatically suspended for the next game. The teamleader will be responsible for following upp.
  • Each team is responsible for its’ supporters’ behaviour.

Note: If there is a result board at the playing-field the home team is responsible that the ongoing result is shown correctly (unofficial).

Balls
The home team has to bring a correct size and authorized ball to the game. If both teams agree another ball size may be used.
It is allowed to use three balls in every game. The referee must authorize them all. The two balls not being used have to be placed on the ground next to each goal.

B21 and B18
ball size 58-60 cm / 425-475 g
B10/G10 – B12/G13
ball size 50-52 cm / 290-330 g
Other classes
ball size 54-56 cm / 325-375 g

§ 9 Age identification

All players have to show age identification if the tournament technical committee asks for it.
If a team uses an unqualified player they will be excluded from the tournament.

§ 10 Exceptions

Teams with over aged players participate out of competition. The rest of the teams in the group will be informed about this. The teams’ results will be 0-10 in every game.
In B10 – B12, girls are allowed to play under the condition that it has been registered with the tournament technical committee.

§ 11 Referees and officials

More than 190 referees from 20 countries and about 10-15 officials will participate. Our ambition is that all final games in the tournament have a secretariat.

§ 12 Tournament jury

The tournament jury is composed of representatives from different countries. The jury decides protests and penalties. The jury’s rulings cannot be changed or overruled.

§ 13 Protests and penalties

Protests have to be given in to the nearest secretariat at the most 15 minutes after the game in question has finished. The protest fee (SEK 300) has to be paid at the same time. It will be returned if the protest is accepted.
A player who gets a direct red card will be automatically suspended for the next game.

§ 14 Walk Over

A team that does not show up without a legitimate reason will lose the game with 10-0. If this happens more than once, the team may be excluded from the tournament. If there are compelling reasons the jury can exclude a team on the first
offence. For example if a deliberate walk over benefits the own or another team in the group.

§ 15 Playing fields

The playing fields are divided in the following areas: Heden, Överåsvallen, Guldheden Södra, Ullevi and Valhalla IP. If there is bad weather games can be moved to other fields. (Kviberg)

§ 16 Playing program

The technical committee has the right to make changes in groups, times and playing fields.
A written notice of any change from the official playing schedule will be given to the team leaders.

§ 17 Result service

Results will continuously be put up at the Central Information, Partille Cup Center. The results from the qualification round can be picked up at the Central Information and at the INFO in Partille Cup Center. Results will also be continuously updated on our website, www.partillecup.com

§ 18 Order regulations

General

  • The team leader on the team-list will at all times be responsible for his/her players.
  • It is forbidden to drink alcohol on the school premises.
  • Silence is required on every school between 23.00 – 06.00.
  • Each team must clean their sleeping facilities before departure.

Fire safety

  • It is totally forbidden to smoke in the schools.
  • It is absolutely forbidden to cook any food in the schoolrooms or in the corridors.
  • It is forbidden to place any flammable goods in the corridors or rooms. It is also forbidden to place benches, chairs etc in the corridors.
  • All doors between corridors and stairways should be kept closed at all times.

IF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN THEY WILL BE TREATED BY THE TOURNAMENT’S JURY AND MAY LEAD TO THE TEAMS DISQUALIFICATION AND EXPULSION FROM THE LODGINGS.

§ 19 Insurance, liability

Each team leader must make sure that his/her players are totally insured both on and outside the playing field. Partille Cup has no general insurances that cover accidents, sickness, thefts or damages. Partille Cup is not obliged to refund any team due to force majeure occurrences, for example war, war like occurrences, revolution or similar event, strike, lockout, blockade.

WE URGE OUR PARTICIPANTS AND LEADERS NEVER TO LEAVE ANY VALUABLES OR MONEY IN THE SCHOOLS!!
