EOC attracts selections

Partille Cup is hosting the European Open Championship, a tournament for youth national selections in cooperation with the Swedish Handball Federation (SHF) and the European Handball Federation (EHF). The selection tournament has been visited by many of the strongest national youth sides in the world. The arrangement target girls and boys selections every second year, 2018 it will be girls team, age 16,  competing in the EOC.

Scandinavium Arena is the largest indoor arena in Gothenburg. Here the finals will be played. Group phase is taking place in Valhalla Sports Halls and Lisebergshallen. The entrance to the national team matches is included in the Partille Cup Pass. Single tickets can be bought at the entrance.

It is the European Open as the stars of tomorrow are born and you have the chance to see them live. In previous years, several international superstars participated in the tournament  – Nora Mörk (Norge), Isabelle Gulldén (Sverige), Cristina Neagu (Rumänien), Uwe Gensheimer (Tyskland),  Oscar Carlén, Niclas Ekberg,  Jim Gottfridsson (Sverige), Elisabeth Chavez Hernandez (Spanien), Louise Burgaard, (Danmark), Aron Palmarson (Island) and Xavier Barachet (Frankrike) just to name a few.
