Partille Cup/IK Sävehof will be processing your personal data as you have registered for and are participating in the Partille Cup. The main purpose is to enable us to process your registration, register the team’s results, manage your account and any changes to the registration, and to make the tournament an experience for you as a participant.

Partille Cup/IK Sävehof is the controller of personal data for the processing of your personal data (“personal data”) in connection with participation in the tournament. Personal data includes information that you submit to us directly or indirectly through your registration, such as forename and surname, postal address, personal ID number, email address and mobile phone number, as well as any other personal data that is necessary for the administration of your participation in the tournament.

Partille Cup/IK Sävehof will store and process the personal data in order to manage the Partille Cup (including the fulfilment of Partille Cup/IK Sävehof’s rights and obligations for the tournament, the issuing of certificates, the creation of summaries and the communication of information). Partille Cup/IK Sävehof will also process the personal data to follow up on and evaluate the Partille Cup. The legal basis for this processing is your agreement with Partille Cup/IK Sävehof on participation in the Partille Cup. The provision of personal data is a necessary condition for it to be possible to comply with the agreement on participation in the tournament.

The personal data will be stored during the period when you are participating in the Partille Cup and for a subsequent period of time that is required in order that Partille Cup/IK Sävehof shall be able to meet their obligations and perform an evaluation of the tournament.

You have the right under Section 26 of the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204) and personal data legislation in force at any time to request information free of charge about the personal data that is being processed about you at Partille Cup/IK Sävehof. If you wish to receive such information, you must send a signed, written request to Partille Cup/IK Sävehof at the following address: Partille Cup, Entreprenadvägen 6, SE-417 49 Göteborg. If your personal data is incorrect or has been processed in breach of current personal data legislation, you have the right to request that the personal data be corrected, blocked or removed. You also have the right to contact the Swedish Data Protection Authority, which is the regulatory authority for complaints relating to the processing of personal data by Partille Cup/IK Sävehof.

Consent to use of name and image in advertising

During the Partille Cup, matches and other events will be documented and photographed in the form of both still and moving images. You are hereby made aware that you, through your participation in the tournament, may be photographed or filmed in various contexts. Partille Cup/IK Sävehof may use these images in their communication and marketing. Through your participation in the Partille Cup, you hereby accept that Partille Cup/IK Sävehof may use images of you in their marketing in accordance with the Swedish Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising (1978:800).
