Nikolaj Jacobsen: "Everyone should play here at least once in their career"
Nikolaj Jacobsen is one of handball's most successful coaches, having led Denmark's men's national team to three consecutive World Championship titles and one Olympic gold medal, now he is starting his vacation at the Partille World Cup.

– This is a very important place for handball, all players should play here at least once in their career. It is a unique experience where you get to meet so many different people. I look forward to possibly seeing some future talents early in their careers, but also seeing a lot of young people who are just here to have fun and develop, says Jacobsen.
Nikolaj Jacobsen has a long and successful handball career behind him, both as a player and as a coach. He is also a regular visitor of the Partille World Cup and has held many different roles over the years, as a player and coach but also as a father.
– I don’t know how many times I have been here! I have stopped counting, but it’s at least 7 or 8 times. I was here with my daughter a few years ago, and now I am here with my son. It is a fantastic place to return to, just being here and soaking in the atmosphere. It's a perfect way to start the vacation weeks, says Nikolaj Jacobsen.
Jacobsen has dedicated his life to handball in various forms, he talks about what makes it such a special sport.
–It is a unique sport in many ways. It is fast-paced, very physical, and you have the chance to score many goals. That is what got me hooked from the beginning, says Jacobsen.
