When you book your hotel with us, World Cup Pass is included in the cost. World Cup Pass gives you many unique offers and discounts on tourist attractions. In order for the options and costs below to apply, the booking must be made through Partille World Cup. The costs are per room for five nights (arrival July 5, departure July 10) and include breakfast and World Cup Pass. Extra nights are subject to availability. Minimum four nights can be booked. Booking conditions
How do we pay?
The prices are stated per person and for five nights.
25 percent of the room cost must be paid to Partille World Cup within 30 days of the booking date and is non-refundable. If the deposit is not paid in time, the booking will be canceled.
The final payment must be received by Partille World Cup no later than April 15, 2027. If the final payment is not made, the booking will be canceled.
For bookings made after April 15, 2027, the full cost must be paid within five days of the booking date.
Can we change or cancel?
Room type changes can be made subject to availability. If cancelling individual persons changes the room type, only the difference in room type is refunded, not the per-person price.
Cancellation of a room after April 15, 2027 is charged at 100 percent of the room cost.
