16 nations have already signed up for the EOC 2023
There is great interest in the prestigious national team tournament European Open Championship.
Spain’s 16-year-old girls won the European Open Championship last summer. This year, the tournament will be for Boys 17. 16 nations have already signed up for the EOC 2023.
The European Open Championship has been a tradition in the Partille Cup since the first edition was played back in 2005. In 2022, Spain defeated Romania by 29 goals to 19 in the final, which was seen by 1 012 people in Scandinavium. In 2023, it’s the 17-year-old-boys time to shine. The handball federations in Spain, Iceland and the Faroe Islands immediately registered national teams. 16 nations have now signed up for the European Open Championship in 2023 and we wish to be many more, so don’t hesitate to register your nation for the tournament.
