Drawing of lots

Two or more teams have the same number of points in following groups. The order has been decided by drawing of lots according to tournament regulations, §2.2 Competition form.

In the column “Draw” is the team who gets the highest position head-to-head (“Team 1” and “Team 2”). The website and app is updated with correct fixtures. Video on all drawing of lots is available for teams involved.
