Handball for All is defined by a feeling of togetherness and joy

Handball for All was once again a crowd favourite.

Handball for all was played this year on the fourth day of the Partille World Cup. With a well-filled grandstand in the afternoon, four matches were played between the teams and the atmosphere at Heden was electric.

Handball for All is an initiative from the Partille World Cup with the aim of making handball accessible to everyone, regardless of background and circumstances. In this year's edition, four teams participated, resulting in four matches being played.

During the evening, the stands around the arena filled up with more and more spectators. A speaker was audible outside the arena and after a day of heavy rain the sun finally came out. From the stands one could hear both applause and cheers. The joy radiated from the players who participated and there were several thrilling matches. The audience witnessed many beautiful goals and impressive saves by the goalkeepers.

One player who participated was Elias Sköld from IK Sävehof, who explained:
– Playing in front of a crowd like this is something you dreamt about, it's fun! We train once a week, and it’s fun to play matches.

He continued:
– The best thing about playing handball is that it's enjoyable. You meet many people and become like one big family. You experience a sense of togetherness.

The sense of togetherness is evident in how the players support each other and celebrate together. The teams that participated were Aranäs HK, Önnereds HK, and IK Sävehof.

The matches concluded with an awards ceremony where everyone who participated received a medal. The cheers from the audience during the awards ceremony could be heard almost across the entire Heden. Handball for all was a success, and with the well-filled grandstand, it once again became a crowd favourite.
