Kungälvs HK wins all-Swedish final in B21

IK Sävehof and Kungälvs HK faced off in an all-Swedish final in the B21 class, where the match remained close for a long time. After a tight first half and a fluctuating conclusion, Kungälvs HK was ultimately able to secure the gold with a decisive score.

The final between IK Sävehof and Kungälvs HK started at a high tempo, with the teams tied in score from the outset. Sävehof initially gained a slight advantage in the match through stable offensive play and organized defense. However, Kungälv quickly responded and stayed in the game with effective shots and consistent play.

During the first half, the teams continued to trade goals, with neither team able to pull ahead. Sävehof managed to maintain a slight lead towards the end of the half, going into halftime ahead at 9-8. The match remained open as they approached the second half.

The second half started at the same even tempo, with both teams again keeping pace at the beginning. Both Sävehof and Kungälvs HK created opportunities, but the goalkeeping and defenses kept the score low for a period.

In the closing stages of the match, Kungälvs HK increased the tempo and found better success in their offensive play. Sävehof struggled to respond as the gap widened, allowing Kungälv to play in control leading up to the final whistle. Kungälvs HK thus clinched the final victory, winning 22-16.

After the match, Adam Füle from Kungälvs HK was named MVP. He summarized the victory:
– It feels incredible. We are a very close-knit group and have fun off the field, which shows when we play.
