Returning to Partille World Cup: A Journey of Growth and Passion for Handball
After nearly a decade, the excitement of returning to Partille World Cup fills us with joy and anticipation. Our first experience at this prestigious event was a turning point for us, as we came together as two schools with the shared goal of popularizing handball and spreading its love across our beloved Peru. That initial journey laid the foundation for the birth of our club, Partille Club Peru, a tribute to the incredible experience we had in Sweden.

Partille World Cup holds a special place in our hearts, as it is more than just a tournament. In our view, it stands as one of the finest events of its kind, showcasing the best of global handball. Its exceptional organization and the high standard of competition make it one of the most important tournaments in the world. For us, a developing country, it is an invaluable opportunity to not only compete but also to learn, grow, and elevate the level of play within our training categories.
Gothenburg, the city that hosts the tournament, offers more than just a competitive environment. It is a charming, safe, and welcoming city where we not only come to compete but also to embrace the culture and build meaningful relationships with teams from all over the world.
This year, we return to Partille World Cup with our youngest players (U12), aiming to further strengthen and expand our club while contributing to the growth of handball in our country. This journey is a continuous step forward in our mission to foster talent, passion, and sportsmanship. We are proud to represent Peru on this global stage and look forward to the opportunities ahead.
