On Wednesday, Heden was filled with cheers, laughter, and joy as Handball for All took to the courts at Partille World Cup.

Handball for All is a part of Partille World Cup that is aimed at children and youth with intellectual disabilities. The purpose is to give everyone the opportunity to participate in the tournament, regardless of their circumstances. On Wednesday, the matches were held at Heden and the atmosphere was both warm and lively – on the court and in the stands.

The stands were full of family members, friends, and handball enthusiasts cheering on the players. Among them was Anders Håkmar, proudly watching his child play for Önnereds HK.
– It’s beautiful to see. Most importantly, they’re having fun – the results don’t really matter. As a parent, you’re always proud, he says.

For Håkmar, Handball for All is an important part of the Partille World Cup, especially because of the positive atmosphere and the inclusive spirit that characterizes the event.
– It’s a fantastic event. It’s also great to see all the flags here at Heden – it gives a really good feeling, he says.

Among the players, the enthusiasm was equally strong. Oliver Bolvardi, one of the players from Önnereds HK, participated with great energy and a big smile. The tournament isn’t new to him – he’s played once before and has been looking forward to returning all year.
– It feels amazing to be back, and I even scored a goal, he says proudly.

Handball for All continues to be a beloved and important feature of the tournament – a place where joy, inclusion, and community are at the heart of the game.
